Service was fine. Some of the chicken pieces were not as fresh as expected, probably because they were cooked some time ago. Saw a pile of cooked chicken in the kitchen

Ordered a 4 piece combo and the 2 mini sandwiches, and both are not fresh. Chicken taste and looks like it?s been cooked for awhile as you can see in the picture. Also the drumsticks from the 4 piece combo looks so tiny and meatless, and didn?t get any white meat from the combo. Fountain drink is very flat even without ice, can?t imagine how it would be with ice. Would not recommend unless they change how cook and keep their meats.

Fav Popeyes in Richmond Hill, no York Region. Always fast; always has chicken hot and ready. Clean and spotless dining room. Ali and Roya provide a positive and upbeat guest experience by going the extra mile. If you have to drive further to come here, its worth it!

Ok review for today's order ... 10 piece family meal ... 6 of the pieces were drumsticks ... Not one piece of white meat! Usually this location is really good. Here's a photo after my daughter already took 2 drumsticks ... Make sure you specify which types of pieces you're expecting.

Staff didn?t know what they were doing. Didn?t know how to work the cash register. Didn?t know where to find the right size box. These 2 tiny dried up pieces of drumsticks count as a piece? The large fries order was only 1/2 full. Would rather drive a little further to the Woodbine/7 location.
