The receptor and owner are very rude in this load. I got a good license for toronto argonauts slice pizza and tried to use it in this load, but the receptor try to ignore me and said: "I am very busy". then she asked the owner if I can use the voucher, the owner did not allow to use the voucher in this loading. they are very rude for the customer. I call pizza pizza customer service to find out why this is not allowed to load with coupon.

This location has some of the best costumer services I have ever experienced. Mary is always so kind and helpful with our orders, she always makes my day brighter.

Slow, unexperienced and a bit impolite. Never come back again to this branch.

I made an online order for pickup. When I walked in, the lady was in a conversation with a coworker. She stopped her conversation to say hello to me and then turned right around to continue her conversation with the coworker. I felt that she invited me to talk but then dismissed me.When she was finished her lengthy conversation with the coworker, she then began to serve me. I told her I had a pizza for pickup and I was given the pizza. However it was the wrong pizza. I let them know the mistake and they realised they made the wrong order.They offered for me to keep the wrong pizza and offered to make a second pizza for me. I didn't have time to wait so I kindly turned down the offer for the new pizza. They took the pizza they offered from me and only gave me the refund. I was very disappointed with the service.On a side note, the same location burnt a previous pizza I ordered. I feel this location needs improvement.

One of the better locations that are consistent in their food selections which is the reason I choose to come to this location. They put the same amount of toppings for each slice the way it should be.
