Bidrage med feedbackWe had the sticky fried rice, bone in chicken with black bean sauce, pork neck with XO sauce, and the sweet and sour pork. The food was good and the prices we were ok. I would like to try some other dishes here next time.
Ask for their lunch menu when you get there. The restaurant has a lunch special daily but the waitress typically hides it away. The lunch special usually consists of fried noodles, fried rice, noodles in soup, 4-5 dishes to pick from, plus you get a soya milk drink at no charge. Try out the lunch special and let me know if you like it.Vote for me if you find this helpful.
Came with group had a wide range of dishes, average taste, slightly pricier, and portions were small. Had the special chicken could not find any difference with the usual Cantonese style white chicken. Best thing was oysters.
Visited last year. This time had the fresh big grouper with soup and fresh scallops on half shell. Always high quality seafood cooked right.
The Richmond Hill/ Markham area in Toronto has the highest concentration of good Cantonese Chinese restaurants in Toronto. At least once or twice a year, a group of us, foodies, will spend a weekend there to indulge ourselves. The rest of the group hadn't arrived, I was looking for a place to eat lunch and thought I gave Judy's Cuisine a try. The restaurant was smallish and looked pleasantly traditional. I ordered a staple Cantonese stir fry, beef and Chinese broccoli. It was outstanding! The dish was subtly flavored and with just the right amount of 'wok hai', which literally translated to 'air of the wok', meaning the stir fry was done under the correct timing and temperature. They have a big menu with both seafood and meat dishes. Judging from what I had, the quantity of each is only adequate for 2-4 people. I would have gladly given it 5 stars if not for the really below average tea that they served with the meal!
