Gōng Tíng Yù Yàn Yang's Fine Chinese Cuisine

Good service and the dimsum was en par. It was almost a full house by the time it hit noon. Luckily we arrived around 11am.  The servers are in uniforms and the restaurant is equipped with VIP rooms.  The dimsum is not pushed around a cart you are given a menu to check off from.  I really enjoyed my dining experience here and would definitely come again when I'm in the area.

This is my favorite dim sum restaurant. Its not too loud, the food is delicious (they have the best durian puffs I've ever had), the steamed rice noodle rolls are all really good. And they have dishes not found in many other joints.

Very good Dim Sum and good service. Very good food, they had several dishes that other places don't have. Service was better than in other places, the place is more quiet too and they have private rooms. It's more pricey than usual Dim Sum though (prices are not shown).

Everything at Yang’s is made to order. This ensures that every dish is hot when it is served. The food was much pricier, unfortunately. Each dim sum dish is categorized into small $3), medium $4), or large size $5).

On the whole, the dim sum here is well-executed and tasty, albeit quite pricey (tea is $1.20 per person, S- $3.10, M- $4.20, L- $5.20, and XL- $7.80). That said, I enjoyed the food a lot so I will likely come back for more dim sum. And on top of that, no crazy wait time here! What more can I ask for?
