Covernotes Coffee House - Richmond Hill

The decor is thoughtfully arranged, featuring comfortable seating, rustic furnishings, books, and a range of coffee-themed decorations that add to the café's charm. The menu boasts an impressive array of coffee and tea options to suit various preferences. Plus, Covernotes offers a delightful selection of pastries, sandwiches, and light snacks.

This place is incredible! The ambiance is wonderful, and I really enjoy the idea of having books available in the coffee shop. You can grab one to read while savoring a delicious Flat White. The sandwiches and scones are exceptional, and the pastries are quite nice as well. I also liked the background music—it had a nostalgic feel and was very varied. A shoutout to the barista too; it’s one of the few places where they still take the time to create beautifully made coffee! This has definitely turned into our favorite spot.

Covernotes offers a beautiful and cozy atmosphere that I truly love. The walls feature a rotating display of classic and contemporary art, which is updated every few weeks. Additionally, there's a vast collection of books available on the shelves. Their tea selection is remarkable, and I chose the Ontario Ice Wine, which was exquisite—I could clearly taste all the different fruits and spices in the blend. I also had the chicken club sandwich, which was perfectly cooked. I highly recommend visiting this place!

I am absolutely in love with this restaurant! It's simply wonderful! As a Scandinavian, it reminds me so much of home. The coffee is excellent, and the food is freshly made on-site, bursting with flavor! I highly recommend the Avocado Toast (it has a nice kick to it) and the Breakfast Bagel! The lighting is a bit low, but we chose a table by the window for a brighter experience. We really appreciate the quaint brick walls and the lovely artwork! Plus, there are so many books to enjoy! This is a delightful little café with a warm ambiance and beautiful decor. The coffee is superb, and they've rolled out some new summer beverages that are really enjoyable. I like that they aren't too sweet. I'm excited to sample their sandwiches next week; they seem very promising!
