Baskin-robbins - Richmond Hill

Roger is the best staff member ever! I've lived in the neighborhood for years, and every year we come here to get birthday cakes for my three kids. He has always been incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions and assisting me in customizing the cakes. We are so fortunate to have him at our local Baskin-Robbins!

I visited the restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon, and unfortunately, they were out of a few of my favorite ice cream flavors. The ice cream itself was decent, and the brownie was also okay. I ordered a brownie sundae, and the price was reasonable.

This restaurant should consider closing, as it does not reflect the brand appropriately. The owner declines to offer samples of the flavors, citing "COVID" as the reason, yet he wears his mask down around his chin. We used to visit this place at least once a week during the summer, but now I’d prefer to drive to Aurora instead.

Came in and asked if they have anything celiac friendly. They gave me an ice cream to try and said it 's safe for celiacs. I started feeling glutened a few minutes later sharp joint pain, severe nausea etc. Then I saw that they dip the scoop in the wheat made cone for another person and touch the ice cream with it again for another scoop. Beware, their gluten free is a total lie.

Ordered an ice cream cake from here for my bday, I asked for half ice cream and half traditional cake, and they made a perfect one for me! It was everything I hoped for and better. Already recommended this place to my friends.
