This restaurant is very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. I have ordered the salmon rolls multiple times and have never had any issues. As a celiac, I appreciate their attention to detail.

They have a clearly marked gluten-free menu, but they are also willing to modify other items to be gluten-free if you ask. I decided to play it safe and ordered the sushi and sashimi, which were fresh and delicious.
