Chick-fil-a - Richmond

It was really nice to be able to sit in eat alone with my girlfriend and enjoy my meal we also had milk shakes

Grabbed some nuggets for my aunt and mom for lunch at Chippenham

They treat their employees wonderful UNTIL they don't like them anymore (no im not a former employee but i visited the restaurant frequently). I don't know who owns this franchise but their management is a direct reflection on THEM! the level of unprofessionalism is unheard of, the lack of awareness (trying to clean the lobby when we the customers are sitting down eating or standing inine waiting to be serviced or for our food), the snark remarks from members of MANAGEMENT is unheard of and does not represent the Chick-fil-A brand. If this is what happens when Chick-fil-A franchises their business to owners who allow their store to be opened without MANAGEMENT at 6 in the morning they need to do better! A manager doesn't waltz in that door u til 8-9 the store has had motion at that point for 2/3 hours. A complete crew re do is what is needed and supervisors who actually WANT to supervise fully.

Chick fil a while waiting in thr hospital? Yes, please.
