Kung Fu Tea - Reston

I recall reaching out to one of their employees by phone back in 2021 to ask if they still offered croffles. The employee scoffed at my question and abruptly hung up on me, which I found quite rude. As for the food, it deserves a solid 5 out of 5!

**Parking:** There is some parking available right in front of the restaurant, as well as ample additional spaces in a large nearby lot. **Wheelchair Accessibility:** There are at least two accessible parking spots and an entrance that accommodates wheelchairs.

I had a disappointing experience at this particular Reston Kung Fu Tea location. The boba tea I ordered was the worst I've ever had. The boba pearls were hard and overly chewy, clearly old and stale. The drink itself lacked flavor, tasting more like plain milk mixed with an overwhelming amount of tea. I've never encountered boba tea that tasted like just cold, strong tea before, and it left me with heartburn and a sinking feeling in my stomach due to the tough boba. I've enjoyed boba tea at other Kung Fu Tea locations without any issues, so this was a letdown.

The Taro bubble tea was different in taste. It tasted mostly like coffee. Different to what I tasted at other bubble tea shops.

Super friendly staff who actually show over the top customer service. The drinks are fresh and taste wonderful.
