The restaurant lacked air conditioning and didn't have any open windows, which made for a rather uncomfortable experience. Overall, I would rate it as follows: Room: 2, Service: 2, Location: 3.

I will definitely return every time I stay in Queenstown. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the rooms are beautiful and clean.

I stayed for two nights in a recently renovated room that was very clean, but it had a musty odor reminiscent of mold. Everything in the room was new, so I'm not sure what caused the smell, and I noticed that other guests on my side of the hallway mentioned it as well. On the positive side, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and gave plenty of helpful suggestions. I'm definitely planning to return. Overall, I would rate the room a 4, the service a 5, and the location a 5.

Great place to stay, the old girl is a little dated, but comfortable n cozy. the restaurant is perfect meals at a moderate price, the city is just 5 minutes to walk. room: 5 service: 5 location: 5.
