Bidrage med feedbackChipotle has always been an excellent meal since they first opened many years ago! I still go there often. The food is fresh and delicious, and they have plenty of options to build your ideal burrito or bowl!
Location needs actual leadership present teaching them how to be efficient and problem solve. Had to wait 15 minutes for steak to be ready. They refused to help the people waiting in line behind me who might want other items. As a result when I began my order I was the only person in the store, by the time I got to add veggies the line was out the door. When I finally had my meal prepared, the cashier rushed to the back to get help with something. When I asked what was going on, the food preparer said ? I don?t know, he just randomly leaves?. Upon his return he could not get the cash register to successfully accept my rewards and asked if I wanted to skip using them. Then after getting a manager to fix the system I attempted to pay for the remaining balance owed with a Visa gift card. He told me that they do not accept any gift cards of any kind outside of chipotle gift cards. I am almost certain that is not accurate and stems only from a lack of training and product knowledge. It?s fast food, so it is what it is. But if anyone actually reads this, I would say place your order online and pick it up in store to remove any interaction with a human being here and prevent your order from being screwed up.
It 's weird because I 've had good experiences at this location but today (10/6/22 around 5 PM) the staff was so distracted talking about high school, being a senior, girls, how the guy didn 't like his date, etc. The whole while I am waiting for them to acknowledge me and start my order. Mind you no one else was in line. When they finally started my order the girl was still distracted with the boy she was talking to that she completely messed up my order because she wasn 't listening to me obviously. I don 't care if they are taking and not being professional but if they can 't multitask and do their job and respect customers that is not okay. To top it of the girl at the register charged me for a chicken bowl when it says V for veggie and I would like a refund. FYI typically I have had great experiences but don 't go at that time of day if it 's going to the be same high schoolers who can 't do their job...
Location can get extremely busy during lunch and dinner rush. Online orders will sometimes be backlogged Poor staff is undermanned and overworked. Training is less than comprehensive and employees will need assistance from management at times. Getting a bite at 10:45am opening or 1pm-3pm is a good bet to avoid a line. Food here is wonderful with the right combination, as well as nutritious and filling, although the cost prevents me from eating here often. As a final note, please be kind to the employees, they?re doing their best with the circumstances they have.
This Chipotle location in Queen Creek definitely needs to be managed better. Over the past two years I?ve placed multiple mobile orders and nearly every single time I?m having to wait 20 minutes or longer past the original pick up time before I actually get my food. Not to mention the line of people waiting to pick up their orders before mine! It?s ridiculous that every single time they have this issue. The whole purpose of a mobile order is to save time and avoid the long lines in the restaurant, yet at times people in the lines have gotten their food and eaten then left before I?ve even gotten my mobile order. The disappointment of off the charts and something seriously needs to be addressed regarding this issue.
