After a tour of Putignano centre, among alleys and historic buildings, we landed, at the suggestion of Luigi, owner of the agricultural tools shop, at the Friggitoria San Domenico restaurant. Congratulations to the young, highly trained and friendly chef Massimo, thanks to the kind Paolo in the dining room and well done Tommaso for having brought together a winning staff and for choosing a top-notch fish.
