Secrets Cap Cana Resort - Punta Cana

Everything about this place was amazing! People were so friendly and friendly, and always try to make sure we were happy. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and was comfortable. We enjoyed some of the activities they had to offer. We also held a small vow renewal ceremony with only my Hubby and I and it was perfect! We have talked so often about wanting to go back!!

A great resort. I only enjoyed 7 luxurious days here and the staff is amazing with their positive attitude and luck. The food is good for an AI resort, but the service here is what they are known for. Two pools, many bars, 7 restaurants, coffee bar, pool-side food service and room service. Treat yourself at least once and visit Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

What an amazing place. Secrets were fantastic. The food was very good. The staff was excellent and made you pampered from the time you enter. Room was very comfortable and spacious! We loved the huge shower with double heads. A special call to Manuela who visited us by the pool. She was exceptional in her attention and attitude! She was always there with a smile and greeted us every day. Santiago was our waiter at Seaside Grill for lunch. When he heard that we were on our anniversary, he insisted on booking us at the French restaurant where he worked at night. When we arrived, he had a special table waiting for us with the already selected menu! It was our favorite meal and made us feel special. Finally, Jourdain was our concierge who welcomed us and checked every day. He had a special honeymoon surprise waiting for us in the room after a day. The whole holiday was spectacular and exceeded our expectations. I recommend Secrets Cap Cana to anyone who wants a first-class experience.

SPECTACULAR, this resort is beyond the definition of all inclusive, the property is amazing, beautiful rooms, great service and the most beautiful beach in the whole Caribbean. It's expensive, but it's worth every peny. Despite the resort standard vibe, the staff here adds to a real local experience.

If I could give this place a dozen stars, I would. They made our stay absolutely incredible and feel like a once in a lifetime... Which it would have been if we didn't love it so very much. We already can't wait to go back. The team there made everything seamless and from your butler to the restaurants to the team members walking around to take your orders at the beach and poolside, we were pampered like we didn't think possible. If you're on the fence about preferred club, I recommend. We were very on the fence because we tend to be on the thrifty side, but since it was our honeymoon, we went for it. Preferred club gave you the option of having some quiet time due to the private beach and pool area, and you could still go and experience the activities and party in the main areas. In addition to the exceptional level of service, they have an activities team that prepared daily activities and set up a special nightly activity in the theater. We went to bed early almost every night (can't keep up with the party crowd! So we didn't get to experience the theater but we heard it was amazing. Food was good everywhere and surprisingly fast! I simply cannot say enough good things about this place and understand how they get repeat visitors! You truly have to experience it to understand the level of effort behind all they do to make your stay unlike anything else.
