The Level At Meliá Punta Cana Beach Adults Only

I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to relax and treat. We had a wonderful service and the staff was very friendly. Our concierge was attentive and could facilitate appointments and reservations. The only problem was that the staff tried to sell us a holiday member, and I didn't know this was part of the stay. They were very friendly and gave us listeners. Although they have not put us under pressure to buy one, it would have been nice to know. The food was great.

The resort is amazing! The beach was amazing g. I loved the variety of restaurants available. The food was excellent. The staff is very nice. Cindy and Adrian were wonderful to help us. I will definitely come back for another visit. I give them 5 stars!

You stay great. The beach and the pool are close and easy to reach. Beverages are easy to get, as there are bars and stands everywhere. The food was excellent. We've been here for 5 days and all the restaurants had great food. Leonela helped us from the start to understand everything and made all our reservations so that we had zero problems. Would definitely come back.

This resort is beautiful and amazing I would definitely stay again! Pros: Very safe (I traveled alone and felt very comfortable), staff was amazing, professional and nice, I don't speak Spanish and never really had any communication problems. Also cool activities and amenities. Not really Cons, but not pros: The food was simple, but still good. The resort is huge, so not easily walkable they have pick up trains / cars (but they are not so common at night)

My husband and I went to Melia to get away before our baby is born and we loved it! Alejandro took such great care of us, he was so attentive and met all our needs. Anything we needed or wanted, didn’t matter what time it was he would handle. I definitely recommend! All the staff was so caring and nice, the service was always excellent, we never had to leave the resort. We felt so comfortable and felt at home. We will definitely be returning!
