Lopesan Resort is an amazing place. I recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great relaxing and amusing holiday. The service is amazing here. The team is great and very helpful I couldn't ask for more friendly people. The rooms are perfect, large size, always smell clean. The workers are always at the hotel to help you if you need help. Room service team work very hard. The animation team is very nice and always creative and invites everyone to participate in the activities. Everyone in the team smiles and helps you. Stop the great service! I enjoyed my vacation with my family and I appreciate every moment

This all inclusive resort was by far the best resort I was. The architecture was above the expectations of all resorts. It is absolutely stunning between the waterfall walls and the palms. It's absolutely stunning. The staff is so personal. Get out to Emilio the bartender and Gilberto our waiter. They were so alive and full of energy and service. I appreciate their hospitality so much. For them it was more than just a job, it was their true personality through their service. I would come 100% back to this resort and would recommend everyone interested in a relaxing and fun experience.

The hotel looks like a boutique hotel! The attention to detail is everything. The staff is very friendly, always asking if we need something and make sure we enjoy our stay, especially Marcia Luis from the buffet. If you have any questions or need advice, it will definitely help you. Adults Only the pool area is located behind the hotel, which offers a very nice and private atmosphere with its own bar. This resort is a must when you come to Dominican Republic.

I can't say anything bad about this resort. From the moment we came to the day we went, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great that the resort offered a nativity, especially as we were on the move with a baby. You also have space for grandparents near ours. The only thing I can suggest for this resort may be adding a playground just because I found on this trip that my toddler did not want to go to the water park or water park, but always asked for a park. Perhaps also the rooms with a kettle. Other than that. I would highly recommend for families because it is really family-friendly. And their staff is always not stop cleaning the areas.

Although the location is amazing and the hotel clean, modern with great amenities; what makes this place special is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and even the most menial of tasks is met with laughter and a smile. Ortiz who looks after us over breakfast, lunch and dinner is fantastic. The entire team are a credit to the hotel and my wife and are can’t praise them enough!
