Junior Kuppanna - Puducherry

Very poor specimens of Nethili fry Mutton fry !Looks and tastes like some other boneless fish, not fresh, either... Mutton fry is mostly bones some masala! we thought that Junior Kuppanna being a decent restaurant in Coimbatore, would maintain standards here... Totally disappointed !

Have been here for couple of time....one of the best best briyani with medium masala and spice ....available as half or full plate..Paaya must try dish...nothing special in ambience..slightly overpriced for the amount of food served....

Ambience and service is good, variety and quantity very less and rates are high . Recommended for ordinary normal dining with good ambience. Not good for any fine dining and family outing

Typical South Indian Gravies are nice and Parotas are awesome We hav vast veg dishes also Especially the paneer are so soft Desert cold payasam is superbbb....

Junior Kuppanna. Its not just the name that is attractive. The food,ambience and service pulls you over and over again to Kuppanna. Its a nonvegetarians paradise especially if onr is a fan of south Indian dishes. The mutton curries and biriyanis are simply superb. The porotta especially 'Veeshu porotta' is heavenly . And my favorite is BUTTERMILK. Every visit of mine to Kuppanna has given my tastebuds the oppurtunity to experience the tastiest buttermilk in town. Parking facility is good. Price is a tad bit on the higher side. But a heavy stomach and satisfied heart seldom worries about a lighter pocket :-D Highly recommended !
