Bidrage med feedbackIt's on the 2nd floor of a guest house building. Ambience was okay. Fish curry was good. Kari meen fry was spoiled. Told them and they were courteous to take it back, give a new small fried fish, and didn't charge for it. So thumbs up to that.
Perfect Kerala spot, every keralite dying to eat a malayali dish should come here. Best beef fry on town, spicy and wonderful biriyani's. Beef biriyani is my favorite.
Ordered beef dum biriyani..biriyani flavor is good and also get kerala style coconut chuttini .its also fetastic..but the biriyani is not a dub biriyani..nice ambiance and..nice place to get kerala food..
The first place I dropped by for a late dinner on my second sojourn to this amazing place called Pondicherry!Ende Naadu (aka My Place in Malayalam),the name itself had a magnetic effect since it was a long time I had a taste of Kerala cuisine and what could be more enticing to have Kerala style food in Pondicherry! Situated on the second floor of a resto cum inn,the place has paintings and murals showing all that affection for Kerala!Even the song played on their stereo system was a yesteryear Kerala hit number and for a second,I did forget I was in Pondicherry! The ambiance is simplistic but can be a bit more propped up to grab some visual attention. I ordered their Egg Biryani,Parotta(aka Whote Flour roti) with Kadala Curry(Black gram curry) and Fresh Lime Juice to wash down the spicy after taste. The Egg Biryani had an amazing flavour and zing, loved it!The parottas were great too, though the Kadala curry was just above average and could have been punchier. The Fresh Lime Juice was great, had a second serving of the same! :) The costs are on the lower side too! Overall,Ende Nadu just about manages to salvage its patronage towards God's Own Country though some efforts can truly help it stand out since it practically has no competition in ita arena! :)
