Just spent one night here, but because there are some mixed with my office booking, the hotel gives me free upgrade to Executive! I also accidentally left my bag in the hotel, the staff kept the bag friendly and sent home the next day! Good hotel! Good service!

The hall is amazing. Maybe one of the best wedding halls in town. But too bad that the interior of the hotel room is not as good as its outside world. Compared to hotels in Surabaya and Malang, you will find the room here a bit expensive
