Toni's -b-que - Prineville

Excellent food. Good selection to choose from. Good old fashioned service from a very cool vintage camper trailer (think of the Lucille Ball movie The Long Long Long Trailer). Curly fires are to die for good. Outdoor dining or take away. Nice shaded picnic tables available.

I stopped here after a camping trip on a recommendation from a local. My boyfriend and I were looking for good food but a place we could hose off my dog. Toni was gracious and very nice. She let us use the hose for washing the dog and our own dusty legs. Don't look for fancy indoor seating. It's all outdoor picnic seating. This does not deter from the quality of her BBQ. We washed while we waiting for our orders to be filled. I ordered ribs and beans and my boyfriend ordered a BBQ beef sandwich. Both were excellent, with a special savory sauce of Toni's creation. The meat is slow cooked and some of the best BBQ I've ever had. Her creations are on par with some of the best southern BBQ! We have made a lunch at Toni's a tradition after our August camping trips every summer since. We'll be celebrating 5 years this summer AND definitely will be seeing Toni sometime during our eclipse trip. Please stop and support a wonderful business and delicious food. You won't be sorry! Really!

A Prineville establishment for 30 years, Toni's BBQ serves excellent ribs and curly fries. The house-made BBQ sauce is chunky, so don't be surprised when you receive the order. As of April 2021, Toni and the business are doing well.

One of the best ribs I've had in years and the ladies there were so friendly. Definitely worth the stop.

Yummy BBQ...fast and easy pick up, nice weather there's out side setting...love Toni's BBQ
