Very disappointed. such good reviews. there were 5 of us. we were not impressed. service slow, waitress forget the salate of my manne, drink forever. waitress refilled water in a cocktail drink glass.3 main ribs. 1 rare ordered. was rare med, 2 med rare. was good med and the half of the main rib (the entire medium surface) was all fat. So you might have 4oz. prime rib and 4 ounce fat. what we ate was tender and tasty. I wish there were more meat for $30 for 8 oz $35.00 for 10 oz. we are not going back.

Never disappointed after they're gone! every time we went the service is perfect and eating is delicious. one of the best small spots in prineville.
