Bidrage med feedbackWe’ve been ordering here for over 25 years, however for the past 4 years there’s been a lady that cocks an attitude any time we order more than 1 sandwich. I usually order 4-8 sandwiches for a group of people, and this lady rolls her eyes and says crude things, as if she’s entertaining a crowd and I’m the butt of the joke. Not a pleasant experience. I’ve ordered online and she said things to me too when any of us go in to pick the sandwiches up.
Last three times we’ve ordered online and there was no cheese on our sandwiches, no sauce and no avocado thy I paid extra for. Very lazy Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
I placed an online order at this restaurant, but it was not ready on time. After waiting, I received my order and realized that it was incorrect (missing the double protein). I called to request a $3.00 refund, but was only offered the option to drive back to have the missing item added, without any refund for the extra charge. This experience was far from convenient, despite my intention of saving time by ordering online. Disappointing management.
I placed an online order for 'The Beast' sandwich, expecting a variety of meats, but only received pepperoni and cheese. After taking a bite at home, I realized the mistake and returned to the restaurant. Unfortunately, they simply added a few pieces of meat to the same sandwich and considered it fixed. This was quite frustrating. Rating: 1/5 for food quality.
I want to emphasize how important it is to stop squishing the sandwiches at this restaurant. They should be wrapped tightly, not flattened. When they are squished, they lose their appeal as sandwiches and become wraps instead. Additionally, I am disappointed that this particular Subway does not accept coupons or honor advertised deals. It feels like a cheap move in my opinion. The interior of the restaurant has remained unchanged for 15 years and could benefit greatly from a makeover. It wouldn't take much money to update the space, perhaps adding more hygienic countertops, a proper dishwasher, and outdoor dining options. The unused space could be put to better use to attract more customers. The staff at this location are generally helpful and courteous, which is a plus. Overall, it is not a bad place, but it has the potential to make more money if it were updated. Investing in improvements, such as enhancing the outdoor seating area, could significantly increase revenue. Small changes like adding umbrellas and improving the benches could make a big difference in attracting more customers and boosting profits.
