Corral Tap Room Food Carts - Prineville

This place is great. It's atmosphere, music, people are all friendly and great to be around. However, the food truck with the boba needs some work. I made an order for two drinks and a churo. I waited 15 minutes then asked how long it would be and I was told that she was swamped with door dash so it would be at least another 15 minutes. In my opinion, people waiting to eat right there should come before door dash. My gf had made an order from another food truck and was done with the entire meal before I ever got my order. I got a refund and left. Though I love the boba there, the experience could be much better.

Love Mexican food, the MexiTacos love it, and have food from scratch. Good prices, all the food trucks have great food. Friendly environment.

Nice place in Prineville! Has 3 food trucks to eat from and all the beer and drinks you can think of —imported beer too. ? Must try the MexiTacos food truck!! Delicious sopes, asada tacos and tamales with chicken. You’ll have a great time at the pub and there is plenty of seating. Plus small fire pits (propane gas operated) during the colder weather. Friendly staff/owners too!

Food is delicious! Relaxed atmosphere. Escape from the crowded tap houses. Live music was great. Indoor and outdoor seating.
