Post Falls Steakhouse

I can 't believe I missed this place so many times. 02/05/2022 Wife spotted this while we passed by and many other places were closed early, (that Covid thing ya know), so we turned around and went in. Quickly seated and given menus. Noticed they had Guinness on tap so that 's a big YES!!! Had many selections of meat dishes along with fish and chicken. Their house potatoes and one of the side selections and are amazing. These are like Aue gratin but with a light fluffy cheese sauce. I had the baseball cut Wagyu Top Sirloin medium rare. Was amazing and tasty. My wife ordered the Prime Rib Ladies cut . She was as excited as I was about the dinner. The place is big and roomy inside and there is plenty of seating. We got there about 5pm. There was only another couple there, however this place quickly filled up over the next hour. You get choose to have soup or salad before the meal. We chose salad and it was a good size well-made salad with a good blend of healthy fresh greens. They have a good assortment of dressings too. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, so I had no problem tipping. We left with a good satisfied full feeling. Definitely on my list of places to eat.

This is the 3rd time I have given this place a try. Never again! Not sure why I keep hoping for a different outcome. Way overpriced for the poor quality of meat. Ordered a prime rib, she asked how I wanted it cooked, I like a medium rare. When it arrives she proceeds to say they only cook it one way and it way medium if not more! So start off with that instead of asking me how I want it cooked. The dogs will enjoy it...

Great service in a clean and inviting atmosphere. Food was good and the portions were generous! Our two toddlers split a chicken strip kids meal and it was way more than enough food! The whole family took home leftovers and we don’t have to worry about what to make for lunch tomorrow! Will definitely be going again!

I drive past this business every day, and I'm wondering what kind of food is served is there no indication on the outside of the building. After year we decided to go in and check it out and sat in the bar. The food was excellent. They might want to put a sign out saying that to steakhouses people came in after I was thinking it was a Chinese food place. The second time we went back we sat in the restaurant, almost turned around and walked out the carpets were filthy. We decided to stay, got a small steak and it was $45, we consider that completely overpriced. The carpets really turned me off, I don't think that I'll be back

My husband and I were looking forward to going to a local restaurant and hoping for some yummy food. Sadly, I was very disappointed. The server was busy busy while only taking care of one 8 top, that was wrapping up, our table and one other couple. After we were seated it took about 15 to 20 minutes before our waiter checked in, got a drink order, came back with our drinks and then told us he had to finish the 8 top. Okay....Decided to order the ladies cut ribeye, asked for medium, not sure what I was given, but it was super thin and definitely well done, tasted so bland that I couldn 't finish it. I have had my fair share of steaks and this is by far one of the worst restaurant steaks I have had, and would be pretty aweful if it was homemade. The best part of the meal was the asparagus and soup.The waiter never really checked on us again but I did over hear him talking about needing a break and stepping outside while still in the dining area. I get the impression that maybe he was aware that the food is mediocre and didn 't want to acknowledge it. I hope there can be change, until then a frozen hungry man dinner would have probably been more satisfying.
