There was a long line at the drive-thru, but I only waited about four minutes in total. The service was very quick and efficient.
The service at this restaurant is good, but the space is quite small compared to the amount of business it attracts.
I visit during the morning rush around 8 AM, and they are consistently quick and efficient.
The drive-thru is the only option available, and their hours are limited due to staffing challenges. However, the staff I interacted with were both professional and friendly. I enjoyed a complimentary doughnut, and they efficiently processed my order using my phone. If you're a fan of Dunkin', I would recommend this location!
