Domino's Pizza - Port Allen

Trashing a business I will not do. I love Dominos pizza. Last week I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza. Picked it up and half way home realized there was no cheese or pepperoni on it. Call the store . They didn’t believe me and wanted to see it. It was a good laugh and they made my order right . I know things happen and giving a bad review never came to mind. My point is taking my time to review a business, something has to be really bad. Store 5265 Port Allen Louisiana.My second time at this particular and never again will I come to this location. Both times I’ve been here the pizza has been just awful. Hardly any cheese or toppings. Big bubbles in the dough. It’s some of the employees that are just rude. I’m ringing a doorbell to be let in and didn’t realize I had to wait over 5 minutes for there conversation to end. That’s no exaggeration either. Asked the manager about the garlic and ranch dipping sauce I ordered. She talked to me like I was 2 years old. Dipping sauce don’t come with your order. I said I payed for them. My receipt was thrown on the counter and her manager) finger slammed down on the receipt “ IF YOU ORDERED DIPPING SAUCE IT WOULD BE RIGHT HERE! “. A pause cause she realized the dipping sauce was on the receipt and just as I said. PAID FOR! This location really needs a entire new employee structure from ground up. To who all reads this.. You want great pizza? Eat Domino’s. Whatever you do, stay away from the Port Allen location until there reviews get better.

I ordered two pizzas here and went to pick them up. I always look at them to make sure before I pay and good thing I did. They obviously did not perforate the dough. There were huge bubbles all over the pizzas with no cheese on them because the dough bubbled up. There was a slice of pizza that half of it had no cheese or sauce on it, it was just bread. There's no way I'm going to pay for that. The quality of the pizzas was horrible and the lady acted like I had to pay for it anyways. I said no I'm not paying for it, I'm going to leave them here. She went and got her manager who obviously didn't care because I'm sure Domino's doesn't take care of their employees. Like most fast food corporations they pay their people trash which is why they don't care about the food they're making or the customers.

Very poor service I called 4 times to make a order they charged Mr 3 times on my bank card I called back to talk to the manager I'll never do business with them ever again they want a paycheck but don't want to work for it

Really good service and the pizza is much better than I remembered from years past. I haven't tried enough on the menu to give them 5 stars but they definitely get two thumbs up for the pizza

I love Domino's pizza, so when I entered my zip code, it directed my order to another store more than 15 miles from my local pickup
