I ordered on the app and when I got there all I had to do was give the worker my name and she boxed up my cookies in front of me and handed them too me. She was super nice and overall it was an easy and great experience!

I felt sorry for the woman who had the food in the bag and wanted to complain. The staff member responded, "Ma'am, we're running behind, but we're trying our best." On the bright side, the cookies were excellent! Kid-friendliness: The staff were very nice.

Excellent quality! These cookies are always a favorite among my teenagers. Since we don’t have a location in our town, we make a point to visit whenever we’re near one. The store is consistently clean and has a fresh atmosphere. The self-ordering kiosks with iPads are really convenient and the service is quick. The staff is also very nice and friendly.
