Burger King - Port Allen

I went there to 10/14/2020 and ordered 2 children's meal and 2 dinners. and 1 of the children's meal was missing from the hamburger. when I called, I couldn't get any answer at all, nobody answered the phone. I wanted to call 20 minutes. please check their order before they leave. I should have done that.

Manager was loud and rude, customers are not her kids and should be treated with respect. Sadly she is setting up a bad example leading her team in the wrong direction.

Food was edible, not great compared to how a whopper should taste. 45 minutes from start to finish in Drive-thru.

Hey, it's a BK. You know the drill. I was a bit surprised by the staff when I visited: while waiting for my takeout order, the manager on staff gave the lady who waited on me a full-on chewing-out right in front of me. Like, 90 seconds of yelling about how slow she was and that she forgot to call out the order properly and now she's gotta give me more onion rings because I've been waiting too long. I mean, dude, I'm waiting to pick up a takeout order at BK at 8:30pm... I don't have anything interesting going on, I can wait a second, it's cool. The yelled-at gal was very nice, though, and I got more onion rings and nuggets so that's good, I guess?

Very clean!!!! For a Burger King ones ive been to! The staff is very nice! Only why I rated the place at a 3 because they had no veggie burgers. Got me sad because I walked from the loves truck stop almost getting ran over twice for a veggie burger. #bobcap
