Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Pooler

This was our first time trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and we loved it! The food was good and at good prices. The smoothies were so delicious! I ordered the regular size for my children and thought I would get their rests, but the drinks were so good, they drank everything! I can't wait to go back and try more of the smoothie flavors!

This place has some very rude young women. I have never seen such mad angry don’t speak females ever. They don’t say hello or thank you. I don’t know where y’all find them from but please have a convo on customer service. I will always leave a bad review if this continues to happened!

Terrible Service. Employee was rude and slow. She was slamming everything down on the table and being aggressive. Then told us they weren't serving food and served it right in front of us after we ordered. Don't think i'll be coming back anytime soon.

I visited this location on 5/22. I went inside to order because drive thru was long. I waited a few minutes before an associate told me they stop cooking food 8:00. I looked at my watch it was 8:02. Ridiculous its bad enough they dont have some items you may order and the servic is slow. I didn't order anything and left. Very disappointed.

If you go through the drive through be prepared to sit there for at least 45 mins, there were only 3 cars in front of me. This happens every time I come here, basically took up my entire work break. I ended up just leaving and went back to work hungry. This was my last time coming here.
