The customer service here is TERRIBLE!!! Specially this night! 26 Jan 2024!! Whoever worked tonight should be fired for the way they treat their customers and these dry sandwiches. Disgusting attitudes.

Absolutely disgusting. The food was cold. Wasted $30. The lady was super friendly and professional whom took the order. As per my receipt it was Ms Imani.

Seriously surprised this place is still in business… it’s in desperate need of a renovation. The food is always overcooked and they give super tiny chicken strips. This place makes Sonic look awful… im willing to drive to another Sonic before this

I had been craving Sonic for days. I had not eaten at a Sonic in more than 2 years. I went through the drive-thru line and ordered 3 corn dogs, a sweet tea, and a large tot and cheese. What I got were 3 rubbered old corndogs that were split at the enda, a sweet tea that tasted like it was days old and a tot and cheese that was ice cold. You would think if the line was around the building and you had to wait at the window that the food would be fresh. Not here!!
