Bidrage med feedbackBad customer service!!Went in on 12/6 around 8:00 pm to get a Giant Turkey and Swiss. I 've been going to Jersey Mikes for a long time and I usually get the Regular size, but this time I ordered a Giant. I noticed the slicer only put two more slices than what goes on a a regular size, so I asked him if he could add one more slice and he said, Are you going to pay for it with an attitude. So I said that he only put two more slices than what goes on a regular portion. He said the meats portion are based on weight (9.2 oz for a giant) and started showing an attitude. He then weighed the meat, cheese and bread on a scale he got from the back (not sure if it was cleaned or sanitized) and said that the scale read 9.6 oz and took off one slice of meat that was already on the sandwich. I understand you get what you paid for and the business has a set portion for all its sizes, but if he was already going to make the sandwich as it was, then why take off the slice. I would of simply took his word about the portion size and said thank you making my sandwich, but to rub one slice of turkey in a customers face is not good customer service and you just lost a customer for one slice of turkey
Extremely lazy and rude employees. Asked to speak to a manager and someone there tried to state they were. If they were I feel sorry for this store entirely. Worst attitudes around. Bread was stale and meat was definitely not fresh. Lettuce had no crunch to it.
Haven't ever had any issues with this place. I love jersey mikes food, and I believe it to be a superior sub shop.
One of the better sub places you can go to, i love that they slice the meats fresh for every sub. taking a star off only because i wish they could toast your sub.
Fix your door dash pricing for the love of God, it shouldn't cost 60 for 3 subs , I get them for less than 40 from other j.mike stores and they are farther away , love your subs but sheesh
