Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pooler

I enjoy Chipotle normally, but this particular location was disappointing. They skimped on filling my bowl, so I had to ask for more food twice. For a $12 meal, I expect to receive a decent portion. When I opened my meal, the lid was not properly attached and spilled all over my shirt. I definitely won't be returning to this location.

We ordered a calf shell, but we discovered a chicken piece in the bowl. the person at the desk suggested calling the customer support?

I used to work at Chipotle when I was younger, and this restaurant does not meet the usual standards. The lobby is dirty, so cleanliness is a concern. If you order a burrito to go, they will skimp on the portions to make it easier to roll (it is only half the size of what you would get in store). I have been there multiple times because I understand that everyone has off days, but this place is consistently awful.

It was chaotic. The tables were dirty, the trash had not been taken out, and the floor was very dirty. It got even worse when we had to ask someone to clean our tables, and she was not friendly. She seemed disorganized and slow when wiping the tables, as if she didn't want to help us. However, I don't mind if they don't like us, I just want a clean restaurant. The food was good though! The tortilla was a bit tough, but the sour cream was delicious. Overall, I would rate it a 6 out of 10.

Portion sizing was horrible, Terrible customer service and burrito was ripped-(see photo), out of lids, garbage cans over flowing, tables never cleaned up after use, floors filthy. Never going back
