Pizzeria Gino - Pommersfelden

Since 2003 we regularly go to Gino and are always satisfied. We like the winter garden very much. For us there is the best pizza with a delicious soil and generous ingredients! Our favorite pizza is the gino and I love the noodles with lobster! The mixed salad is the only not so great there, shame. The service is always very nice, there is also a new one that is not so personal and nice, but the old ones are great. We'll go back to Xten soon. Sometimes and are very satisfied. ****!

Since about 15 years I'm a regular visitor to Gino's. I am not related to the owner and have visited many, many restaurants in Germany and the rest of the world, but frankly speaking there are very few Italian restaurants that offer this quality of food at such a high and authentic level at such a reasonable price. The owner , Antonio is an excellent Host which is always friendly and fully comitted. The main room of the restaurant is a kind of winter garden, try to reserve a table there, we just like it there. Every few weeks they do specials dishes from Neapolitan home area of the owner family which are a must to try. On the regular menu every Pizza is a good choice, from the starters list try the Bruschetta and Vitello Tonnato or one of their Caruso or San Pietro salads and as a second course Panzerotti, Linguine all astice or Pasta Al Cartoccio which gets flambéed at the table side. And yes, they also make excellent desserts and a great espresso to finish.

I'm from New York so I know what good pizza is...and all I can say is this pizza is to die for. The dough is fantastic, the sauce is a little on the salty side, but I love it that way. The tomato sauce is what does it along with the amazing cheese.

Eat very well and the atmosphere also top. Also the employees are all mega friendly. That really deserves five stars
