Sonic Drive-in - Pleasant View

Ewww. Nasty food. Didn't stop in a while because they're all closed where I live. That says enough. We have the chicken strips, zets and Gravy Dipping sauce?

The pleasant view tn location has went way down. I?m so sorry but the girls are super rude, you wait sometimes 15 mins just for someone to pick up after pushing the button. The popcorn chicken is never even covered in the sauce that is asked for.

Ordered 2 kids whacky pacs. Everyone around me got their food and I?m still waiting. I finally pushed the button again and asked when the food would be out. She said in a minute. She said the order must have gotten lost in the system (right). The fries were cold, so the food had just sat there because they were waiting on their friends. All the teenagers around me got their food. I don?t know why fast food restaurants cannot have adult supervision when teenagers are working. And if there was adult supervision, they need to be replaced.

Was on my way home from Nashville for a doc visit ordered on the app, but when I got there 2 pick it up, it had went to a Sonic on the other side of Nashville for some reason! They were very helpful in helping me cancel that order! I had wanted a Peanut Butter Milkshake once everything was settled I headed Home with one! Very, nice polite at this location, definitely recommend this place to anyone everyone who pass by!

Its 9:19 at night , I ordered a medium sweet tea and they come bring me my drink and it was unsweetened. I let the woman know that answered the speaker and she was rude for starters! Also the manger came and brought me a new sweet tea and it wasn't sweet either. She told me they just sweetened their tea! No you didn't. Unsweet and sweet tea taste completely different!! I understand it's late but the woman who answered the speaker , costumer service is a thing! I've worked fast food I know what its likes!!
