Hardee's - Pleasant View

Eating was just fine and quickly so no problems with it. The staff at this point were strange, loud and sisteric themes that we could hear that they speak so loudly from behind, clearly sitting on our seats as day. The main thing that bothered me even though we left, and the front two tables where you stood were covered in half empty drinks, I thought it was just a dirty table nobody had cleared up. But learned that it was the employees who had drinks from Dunkin Donuts and Hardee, who would also come and take a few drinks and hang up between people. Why shouldn't they drink somewhere in the back? Was Trashy really... But my chicken strips were really delicious?????

Every time I go to this location, I am welcomed by the friendliest staff! Randi, Suzie, and kaylon are some hard working team members. This power house of ladies serve with efficiency no matter how busy they get! Hardee?s experience is always a good one when they?re on the shift. They need to be taken care of the way they take care of the customers!

Nice and courteous employees. I would not recommend this restaurant if you are in a hurry. The times you want to get in and out the quickiest (early mornings before work or on Saturdays) you'll be waiting awhile. I don't know if it's an under staffed issue or what it is. Great location... just needs to improve on faster service.

Every time I order here through, they almost never get the order correct. For lunch, I wanted a mushroom Swiss, curly fries, and a desert item. Instead, I got home and realized I had four old sausage biscuits and a small side of hash browns. The employees are sweet, but you?re better off going somewhere else if you want a burger.

I just waited 25 minutes for my drive-thru order. 4 shakes were half full. Ordered an Angus burger with no cheese and received a mess with cheese. Always a long wait. Last time we go here.
