Bidrage med feedbackDinners aren 't usually great value at these kinds of establishments, but at 21.9 the 'value ' was absolutely awesome (we had the Land and Truffle menus). Also, love it when a restaurant allows guests to choose different set menus. I wish there were more guests, 21.9 really deserves that. Awesome location, beautiful property, and really good food/wine. Will definitely revisit. If staying in Alba, book a taxi/car in advance.
Wide range of menus and a very generous wine list. We chose the traditional menu and menu de terra. The chef took us on a journey through the Piedmont terroir. Each dish simple, cooked to perfection and well balanced. Attentive staff and comfortable setting. The only remark is the limited commentation of the staff on specific questions regarding the preparation and cooking techniques being used
This is a superb place that offers an unbeatable quality-price service. The house is splendid in the middle of its wineyard and the menus are well balanced and interesting. Although our menu was of (relatively unequal level, our meal in general was certainly worth the Michelin star of the house, with no real deception and a couple of superb dishes. The terrace is very pleasant and the service efficient and professional, if not specially friendly. Our only criticism might be about the service pace that was perhaps a bit too fast (but better than the opposite! . Impressive wine list, good breads, good coffee. Extremely reasonable prices. Definitely worth the detour.
The location is wonderful, surrounded by hills covered with vineyards. the outdoor dinner allows you to enjoy the panorama. the staff is prepared correctly, the waiting times are ok, the presentation of the dishes is up to a star chef. Unfortunately the only ones who really convinced me are the pre, the dessert post and the dessert to strawberries really super. Instead I tasted some snails whose fried was too covered and a plin that had a goto for me a little acid.
Starry kitchen in a suggestive location. experience to repeat, both for the high-level dinner (formable cream of zucchini and cuttlefish,) and for the refined atmosphere of the terrace on the vineyards, and for the overnight stay in super comfortable suites. I add that the non-alcoholic aperitif asked for the flight before dinner was served with a cutter of sliced anchovies, porcini and fried: what do you want more? the price, not excessive, is more than adequate to the service. money well spent. recommended recommended
