Cascina Schiavenza - Serralunga d'alba

Schiavenza had some of the best barbera that we tasted during our mai 2022 trip to italy and they were even ready to try older years for us. the menu was small (always a great sign) and eating was great! the staff was incredible and suffered by our broken Italian/Spanish with geduld and gnade. can not wait until they see next year :d

An inconspicuous building. from alba comes immediately at the place entrance. slightly hidden left. but then a beautiful large terrace with tables under shaded trees and a magnificent view over the gentle hills of the long. the food has cost us excellent. piemontesiche kitchen. not overpriced. highly recommended.

Excellent hospitality, quality of food and wine, but it could not be anything but so seen the wines, in fact, that the company produces, our was not a lunch from appetizer to dessert, but a lighter thing that however gave us way to have many flavors. possible and recommended the degotation menu, 360° on langa food. right and sustainable price
