Visited Swiss Chalet, one of my favourite branches that has turned into an annual tradition with my family. The interior exudes an early 2000s vibe, providing a nostalgic touch that's somewhat missing in today's restaurant chains. The service, especially from our server Sue, has consistently been top notch. Our table was packed with hearty choices for a family of four: Ribs Sandwich, Ribs and Mashed Potatoes, Ribs and Quarter Chicken, and the seasonal special Quarter Chicken with a salad and chicken soup. The ribs were flavourful, and the chicken dishes were satisfyingly filling. Overall, I cherish this location for its atmosphere, attentive staff, and delightful food, making it a favourite for our family outings.

Nina is the best! I usually dine on weekend afternoons and she's always there! She works so hard and is so kind to every guest! I feel so welcomed and cared for and the service I receive is fast, accurate, and friendly! The food is always great too! I only want to be served by her! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

We went there for Dinner, The restaurant needs some updating. It was not clean as well. Spring Roll Appetizer came to us soaking in oil burnt. The bread bun was a bit dry like it may have been a day old. Our waitress was good friendly, but overall the quality of food needs much improvement.
