Sharky's Wings Raw - Phillipsburg

The wings are the best in the area. Hands down. The flavors are insane and the wings are larger than Buffalo Wild Wings. They also get points for their truffle fries which are incredible, but much better if you eat at the restaurant vs taking them home. They get soggy during transit. The only seafood item I've tried are the fried shrimp which are solid. I haven't tried any of the shellfish. If I'm getting wings, I'm getting sharkeys.

Best wings in the area, way better than any other famous chain. Great atmosphere too.

Had a great Thursday night dinner with our Summer Social group. Great wings, great raw bar, great drinks and great service by Riley! Definitely recommend for a casual get together.

Great thriving pub for watching favorite sporting events and meeting friends. Traditional loud pub environment with packed bar and seating at prime times. Food options are standard modern pun food and delicious. Wings are great here and staff and management are friendly and on point. Could use a second bartender and server during peak hours to accommodate crowds. Recommend it for a nice, cozy pub environment and vibe. Great location but as is often the case with puns, challenging parking at peak times.

So. This is a combined review of 2 different visits. Ambience It is your typical neighborhood bar pub restaurant. Ive been to this location before when it had a different owner. The lighting is a lot better and gives off a cozy vibe. First visit. Both my guest and I had burgers which were really great and cooked perfectly. The shrimp scampi fries were divine. The corn bites soo delicious and creamy. The star was the sauce served with the corn bites. If it is their own sauce Id bottle it. It is that good. 2nd visit I am a big fan of truffle oil so I ordered the Tuffle parmesan fries. While the fries were delicious, they didnt taste like truffles at all. I was very sad. To be honest, I would take it off the menu completely. You have enough different varieties of fries. Waitress. I waited a total of 39 minutes for my meal. I understand that she was the only waitress and things are tough right now but you certainly wont get more regulars if you ignore new customers. It was clearly obvious that she would rather socialize with her regulars at the bar instead of paying attention to new customers. It was even more obvious when a couple was situated behind me and she was more attentive to them. It is a shame because the food is good.
