Burger King - Phillipsburg

I go to this burger king every couple months this time I waited at the driver thru speaker longer than norma and it wasn't busy. I ordered dinner for my s/o and myself with a few extras. When I got it home, not far, the fries were cold, the onion rings cold and rubbery. The chicken hardly had any lettuce and just a line of mayo. We weren't happy this time around.

Refused to give my doordash driver my order even though she showed them proof it was an active order. Last time i was there in paid for an eight count of jalapeño poppers and a whopper. They gave me nuggets and a whopper junior. Consistently things missing in my room order, sauces missing. They try to charge meals as all separate items. Usually my doordash is correct though which is what i usually do , but you can?t even call for them to make right because not even their number is listed correctly. Terrible location.

Last week i went with my family all I hear screaming and yelling between manager and employee inside the kitchen they are cursing each other they did not even realize there are young kids inside the building Definitely not going with my family.

Since the reopen I've been here about 2 dozen times. I've had an issue with my order every time. Sometimes items are missing, sometimes items are made wrong, most of the time just poor quality of their spicy chicken sandwich. 5 times I've filled out surveys hoping it would improve, but it still hasn't. The Burger King on Memorial Parkway is much better. There is a very nice man who works here named John, I believe though.

Joe who works at this BK is a leader of considerable talent and someone I have had the privilege of knowing being a customer of past two years. I am a VP of sales at large corporation and I frequently treat my associates to BK weekly. When I visit, Joe ensures my orders are correct and provides outstanding service. Joe is brilliant at engaging with customers such as myself and getting to the nub of what the customer needs are beyond do you want ketchup w that , he knows people and how company cultures work and can be changed. He is a master at taking command and control. For example, Joe saw me carrying 5 bags of food for my workers last week and has offered to help me carry it all to my car. Joe 's dedication and professionalism is highly recognized coming from many different industry verticals, this recognition only comes with his credibility supported by his many qualifications I highly recommend Joe at this BK so please promote him! (Yes its the guy with the crazy Rock star hair and he does a great job)
