Bidrage med feedbackThere are no issues with the service. However, the product could be changed. Every time I go here, the water ice and ice cream taste like cardboard. Never had that happen at any other Rita's location. I wonder if the frozen products are old? They dont necessarily taste freezer burnt, so I'm not sure. It sucks because they're nearby, and I love Rita's.
Went to this Rita 's today. Got a 5 layer gelati. Aston made it. Got home...vanilla custard on top, almost a cup of chocolate water ice and a small bit of custard on the bottom. Maybe the manager should teach him how to count to 5.
The service was as good as the product. Will be back often.
