Grow up, one of my favorite afternoon snack is suman. suman is a sweet sticky rice cake that is steamed with cocos milk while being wound by a banana leaf. this philippine delicacies is best enjoyed by diving in sugar or drizzling it with latik. I often find myself pleasing, but nowadays there are only a few street vendors selling that. well, that senyor juans suman latik on my demand cassied.

Went to SM Mall of Asia to try the Senyor Juan Suman Latik. They add a new twist to the original suman latik. I was able to to try their best seller the Ube Macapuno Suman Latik. But my top pick is the one with Suman ang Mango on top of the Suman Latik. They also have friend suman latik with cheese or chocolate. Love the strong taste and aroma of the kapeng barako. The chocolate tablea is so good The Suman Latik and beverage are worth to try not really expensive if you are really a fan of rice cakes I just have some suggestion.
