I can't understand how anyone could rate this place anything less than a 5. Each diner is given a clipboard to customize their order, allowing you to specify everything from the richness of the broth to the texture of the noodles, and whether you want shoulder or belly pork, among other options. You can also add extras like noodles, eggs, seaweed, and more. The chicken karaage side dish was fantastic; we tried both the regular and spicy versions. There's even a curry option that we didn't get to taste. The service is incredibly fast, so you won't have to wait long if you're feeling hungry. Give it a try!

When we sat down, we received a clipboard for our orders, but they only provided two menus for our group of five. After we placed our orders on the clipboard, we waited about 5 to 10 minutes for our ramen to arrive. Unfortunately, we had to remind them about our drinks, as they seemed to have forgotten to bring those. Additionally, we asked for the karaage and rice we ordered, which they also overlooked. It wasn’t a huge issue since we had placed the order on our sheet, but a little more attentiveness would have been nice. The ramen itself was fantastic! The thick noodles had a wonderful chewiness and the portion was generous. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the pieces of meat were quite large. My only complaint is that I wish they had cut the meat into smaller pieces for easier eating. If you opt for the thin noodles, they resemble hakata style and offer more cooking options. You also get the choice of spice levels, from non-spicy to super spicy, with condiments available on the table for additional seasoning, like extra spice or garlic. I found that level one wasn’t spicy at all, and be sure to scoop from the bottom of the bowl, as that’s where all the spice tends to settle. As for the service, it was just okay. The staff seemed a bit scattered and it was sometimes difficult to get their attention. The atmosphere was vibrant with decorations, but we were mainly focused on enjoying the ramen. Price-wise, it felt somewhat on the pricier side, but still reasonable. Overall, this is a fantastic spot! The ramen is exceptionally delicious, and I would definitely return.
