Hukad - Pasay

I expected it to be almost as good as gries grill, as the food price is almost equal, but I did not expect it to be so bad. we ordered scallops, grilled thunfish bell and lechon. When the food arrived, it was already very cold. the scallops and thunfish bell were ordered as before hours and the melodienglocke overboiled and was a little hard. there were also some small cockroaches. Maybe it was just the timing, but we've seen it.

I just want to share my experience I have heard several times hukad w/my friends and it happens so that I have a chance to go past in one of their filials at moa, so I decided to lunch w/ my hubby they have this girl with a loud voice that shouts hallo, sir hukad po! the place is a little bit small, but what I came is you eat that I would like to try. my favorite is kare kare so that I ordered after a few minutes for her eating is ready for wow, which was fast but .. there is one missing my fav suddenly I wanted after my order then someone approaches us this great guy, I think her manager and quietly ask us if we need something. what can I say its all worth the waiting delicious...read more

Juli around we ordered pata, huh and sinus. lahat masarap ung pata malutong parin pag uwi ko. and sa reis medyo sticky long siya. sa service naman, our server is very courtesy and attentive. she is very jolly when she speaks toaya! kuddos! we're coming back hukad moa!

We always go by hukad when we go to the sea and I always wanted to try this place. Finally we have the chance for the personal and service, they are not attentive to customers, except for the waitress who took our orders. she was really nice and friendly. regarding the other employees whenever we try to call them, they always say, wait long po then come one minute or two later. the tables were not stable that we had to transfer twice to other tables for eating we ordered lechon belly, adobong pusit, tinunuang nangka and green mango cucumber pitcher. the lechon was so dry. Friendly staff and RED egg chicharon sisig is the best for me. We're gonna visit again with my friends so they can try some cebuano recipes here in Manila so they did not have to go to cebu just to taste there best recipes only from moa Hukad can bring us to cebu the best guid sya...
