Taco Bell - Pasadena

My order was not correct, the cashier was not attentive to my order, he only jumped a part of my order, the manager had an attitude when I questioned my order. Parking: Good parking.

Lazy incompetent employees who I doubt even know how to read. I order a quesadilla and 4 soft tacos without lettuce not a difficult order and with zero other customers you'd think they might get it right but no they throw extra sewage water lettuce into an already sub par meal. And then when I try to call they don't understand how to use a phone.

Worst Taco Bell ever ! No AC , dirty tables and floors and coke machine not working , no tomatoes, place is dead and no one is available to clean palace out makes no since !

I ordered my food and the cashier was very rude even though I was not rude towards her I wouldn’t finish speaking and she would leave which I normally wouldn’t mind if she was busy but their was no one else not even in the drive thru she I also asked for no vegetables on my chalupa and I normally don’t mind taking them off myself but she was very rude the whole time which is what bothered me overall though it was a bad experience

This is the second time I order nacho fries and they give me unseasoned fries. This time around it looks like they gave me the least amount of cheese to go with my fries. If y'all are out of the nacho fries seasoning just say that. ?
