Mamarita's Mexican - Pasadena

On Aug 21, my brother, my friend and I went to celebrate my niece's birthday My friend from Pearland order some tacos and saved one which she gave to the waiter with 3 tortillas to pack to take home. When she got home the taco was not there. I order a caldo de res, when I went to warm it up, there was the juice of the caldo with a small piece of corn and a lot of cabbage but they left all the meat. I only eat one small chunk of meat. We both called to complain, they hand up on my friend a couple of times then when they finally answered they told her they will give it to her next time she came, she lives 1/2 hour from here. When I called to complain instead of getting an apology the gentleman who answered my phone called told me that they had everything in camara I asked him to please show me the camara and he stopped talking about the camara so I told him that I needed some credit for the food that we did not get otherwise I was going to dispute with the bank and he said go ahead. I am never going to come back to this restaurant

I went to celebrate my niece birthday with my brother and a friend. My friend and I had lunch and were not very hungry. My friend order some tacos and asked the waiter to pack the last taco with 3 tortillas and when she got home there was no taco. She called and they hang up on her a couple of times, then later they offered to give her the taco next time. This restaurant is in Pasadena and she lives in Pearland. I order a caldo de carne. It was well served but since I had eaten and was on a diet I only eat a couple of spoons of caldo and only small chunk of meat, the rest of the meat was left for the waiter to put it in a box to take home. Went to eat the soup today there was not even one chunk of meat. I called the restaurant and instead of apologizing they were rude and told me to go ahead and dispute the charge that they were going to dispute it too. This is dishonesty, all I needed is for them to apologize and give me some credit for the two meals that we paid for.

EXCELLENT tasty fajitas! I'm sure everything is good, but that's my go to.

Great place for events the manager Agustin is amazing

Love this place. Staff is friendly. Food is always good.
