The tried tested match of beer BBQ are done so right at North End Brewery Salt Wood Collective in Waikanae. The beers @northendbrewing are kiwi versions of traditional European styles, and our favourite, Become the Ocean , is a unique gose that takes flavour inspiration from the Kapiti coast: tart, fruity just a little bit salty. The food @saltandwoodbbq is big, bold smokey BBQ, with fresh Olde Beach Bakery buns, locally grown produce some of the best bread butter pickles we 've had in a long while. Fantastic pairings, will be back again!

My kind of brewery and food. You can share nicely cooked smoked brisket, honey smoked bacon and pulled pork burgers. The hallmark of Salt and Wood Collective is serving tasty pancakes, cheesecakes and the chocolate bomb. Other breakfast meals worthy mentioning are eggs

Good, went there for a gathering event. Did not try the brisket, but it seemed really good. They have a proper smoker as well to make the brisket. Good selection of craft beer.
