Sushi Fusion - Pagosa Springs

We decided to try sushi in the mountains and were let down. The food took a long time to arrive, the service was lacking, and the price didn't match the quality.

The sushi is excellent, and I highly recommend trying the mochi for dessert. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

So sorry for the review bad tasting sush and they would not give me a different choice or take it off the bill. Sushi is very cheap quality charging 16$ a roll for poor food. I’m in the restaurant bussiness we make mistakes. Serving inedible sushi. I will roll was bad when they see it with the torch it tasted like butane. My wife’s Massago light orange brown look like cat food danger zone! On the other hand their food hot food was good. I would never leave this review but they did not help us in anyway they just let us eat an edible food and charged us. Well that’s why they had four customers in it and everywhere else in Pagosa is packed To the owner good luck in your business keep running it the way you are you might not be here on our next trip good luck.

We stumbled upon this gem on our way through Pagosa springs! We had excellent spicy salmon rolls, and the salmon poke bowl was worth the drive from Crested Butte! We also ordered a seaweed salad and a ginger salad, both were delicious and generous portions! For dessert we tried the fried green tea ice cream and it was delicious!

We always have a wonderful experience here, and the food is amazing! We are consistently impressed.
