Everything we ate was delicious. my fav was the raspberry chocolate chip muffin? it has whole celestial in it and it is made with a really beautiful dark chocolate. sublime. the broth varieties are always a good option? we took one on our hiking trip and it was fluffy and perfect. the outside seat area is shady and dog friendly. this place deserves a repetition visit, and we?ll make a stop to get some frozen items before we go? options for frozen cakes, lasagna, sausages, etc.

Superb on all pay: cinnamon bene, quiche, coffee. savory and not too sweet. friendly and sincere service! tasteful and relaxing interior and exterior seats. so many hearts and hands behind handmade goods in every corner of this place!

We ate breakfast here everyday we were in Pagosa after we found it. The first day the food was incredible and so was the service. The second day we had a issue with our order. Some might ask why 5 stars then. I feel if you do business long enough there will be an issue here or there it's how you deal with it. They went above and beyond to make it right. Our food was great the second day but the service was exceptional. I'd happily recommend them to anyone. Thanks Pagosa Baking Company!

Exactly what my wife and I presented to the breakfast in pagosa. quaint cottage on the main street with great seats outdoors. the smashed burrito with chorizo was delicious and the pumpkin muffin hit the place.
