Mee Hmong Cuisine - Pagosa Springs

Wow! Super surprised by this place. On the outside it is not much to see. But did your mother not all say that you did not judge a book with his cover?!!! The kitchen inside is what you are looking for. The steamed bungalows are excellent. The best ive ever had. I tried all the steamed rolls and always the same result. Sponge, dry and no taste. Not these little ladies and gentlemen. Soft, supple and removable at the bottom right. Stop not only at the rolls all food is really well seasoned and you can say that they really know their way around cooking techniques and Asian flavors. Hopefully you enjoy your experience more than me!! Good luck food

Stopped in for dinner, Monday night 7/26. Service was very pleasant. Order at the counter and they deliver to your table. Two of us had Holy Basil with chicken or tofu, and one Bangin’ tacos with pork. The pork and chicken were very tender and flavorful. Hmong tea with the added coconut is to die for . We would definitely return if in the area again.

Fantastically Fresh and So Good! BANGIN’ BUNS were excellent along with the MEECHI SALAD and the LAH MEE CHICKEN. Definitely a stop to go to while in Pagosa Springs.

One of the best places to eat in Pagosa Springs. Ordered the pork steam buns, tofu fried rice, and the house tea. Everything we had was delicious! They have a variety of different food choices that will suite most anyone.

Fantastic Asian fusion restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Not to be missed!! High quality, delicious and flavorful. You can enjoy quality ingredients, fresh vegetables that complement each dish, tender meats that fall right off the bone and so much more. A must try if you’re in the area.
