Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Oxford

The food was hot and fresh, and the staff was very friendly. It was perfect, just like always!

5 stars (compared to all the other Popeyes I've visited). This is the first Popeyes I've been to in 6 years that actually had food available for purchase. Incredible! My order was ready in less time than it took me to fill my drink. It's worth mentioning that the manager seemed to be doing a lot of the work, aside from cooking. I ordered the 3-piece meal: a breast and two legs, along with fries. I was really impressed with this location, especially since I came in around 9 PM Central Time.

We had one of the worst drive-thru experiences recently. The staff member was unprofessional, frequently speaking to others through the microphone, which made it unclear if she was addressing us. She forgot half of our order, and the other half was incorrect. Additionally, she didn't communicate with us at the window during either visit—both times, we had to pull around again. We definitely won't be returning.

This location never has our food correct. Sent my wife to get the ghost pepper wings because I am sick and needed something to help sweat out the cold, they pulled her up as if they’d be fresh. My wife opened the box and the wings were warm. By the time she got home(we live less than 5 miles away) they were cold and the middle of the wings were black like they were either bruised or thawed out the wrong way. The only time our food is good/HOT is when ELLA from the Anniston location is there. She’s always sweet and if anything thing she’s going to make sure you get hot food! This location could be great if only they took after the Anniston location!

The food is always good from this location but the employee 's lack professionalism and direction. Taking my order it was no issue to wait for just a min as there were a few cars in front of me and this location is notoriously slow. After getting to the window and paying only a minute passed and the window opens again but instead of receiving my food I 'm greeted with what do you want . Confused I explain to the same person that cashed me out I 'm still waiting on my order and hand the receipt back. After taking a moment to review the receipt the cashier then asked me another question as they are still confused why I am still in the drive through.
